1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the a666 platform (the "Platform") available at a666.one, you ("the Player" or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the a666 Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and a666 ("we," "us," or "the Company"). Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Jurisdiction

Use of the a666 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. a666 strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and for your own account.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are solely responsible for determining whether participation in online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. a666 provides no legal advice in this regard.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of a666, or an immediate family member of such a person.

a666 targets Pakistani players who access the Platform through its English-language interface. By registering, you represent that you meet all eligibility criteria above.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full features of the a666 Platform you must register an account. During registration you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
• Create and maintain a unique, secure password. You are responsible for all activity under your account credentials.
• Register only one account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. a666 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and completion of a liveness verification step. a666 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on a666 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank Online, and Bank Alfalah Online.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours subject to completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• a666 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from an account or wallet registered in your own name.
• a666 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds at any time and to withhold withdrawal processing pending such verification.
• a666 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the a666 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product — cricket sportsbook, live casino, slots, Dragon Gate, and crash games. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation except where the specific product rules provide a cash-out or edit option.
• a666 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical malfunction.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or event, a666's decision is final, subject to the complaint procedure in Clause 14.
• All slot and casino game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). a666 does not control or influence RNG outcomes.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by third-party studio providers. a666 is not liable for studio-side technical failures.
• Cricket and sports betting markets are settled based on official results from recognised governing bodies (PCB, ICC, etc.). In-play odds are updated in real time and may change before a bet is confirmed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

a666 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms which will be published alongside the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to bonus balances and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds will be specified per promotion.
• a666 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — is a prohibited conduct and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus or associated winnings.
• a666 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal that includes bonus-derived funds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct when using the a666 Platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable law.

a666 reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and, where confirmed, to suspend or close the relevant account, void associated bets and transactions, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the a666 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and data — is the proprietary property of a666 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from a666.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a666 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions.
• Losses arising from events outside a666's reasonable control including network outages, payment processor failures, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits a666's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

a666 is committed to responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered Players directly within account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications reminding you of elapsed session time.
• Reality Check: Periodic in-session prompts displaying time played and net financial position.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the Platform for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately.

11. Suspension and Termination

a666 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms.
• KYC verification cannot be completed to a666's satisfaction.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity is detected.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires account closure.
• The Player has requested account closure.

Upon closure, any legitimate balance (i.e., not subject to investigation or forfeiture) will be returned to the Player's verified PKR payment method within 10 business days, subject to completed KYC.

12. Privacy and Data

a666 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with a666, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. All data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

13. Amendments to These Terms

a666 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate change is required by law or regulation. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which a666 is licensed and registered. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the a666 Platform, you agree to first contact a666 support at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link) to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, a666 will refer the dispute to an independent alternative dispute resolution body. a666's decisions on game outcomes are final subject only to this process.
